The Company announces that on 12 November 2024 an award under the rules of the RSP (structured as a nil-cost option) over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (" Award ") was granted to the individual noted below.

The Award will vest on the date on which the Company announces its financial results for the first six-month period of its financial year ending 31 December 2027, subject to the satisfaction of an underpin condition.
