The Company confirms that on 27 March 2024 it granted awards (structured as a nil-cost options) over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to Lynda Shillaw and Kitty Patmore under the rules of the Harworth 2019 Deferred Bonus Plan. The awards were granted in respect of Ms Shillaw's and Ms Patmore's bonuses earned for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and will vest at the end of a deferral period of two years.
