In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R(2), Harworth Group plc announces that Phil Redding, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, effective 1 January 2026.

Phil is expected to assume the role of chairman of Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc following the conclusion of its AGM in March 2026.
