Appointment of Company Secretary

Harworth Group plc ("Harworth") is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Birch as Company Secretary and General Counsel with effect from today, Monday 6 June. Chris, who succeeds Geoff Mason, joins from Eversheds, the international law firm, where he was deputy head of the restructuring team in the Leeds office.
