The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology plc is closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 on its various subsidiaries and to date can report no material disruption on operations. All employees, except for those required for onsite maintenance of equipment, are working remotely, and all business continuity measures have been put in action towards the fulfilment of business plan targets.

The Board is scheduled to convene on the 24th April 2020 to: review, and if considered fit, approve, the audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December, 2019; review Q1 2020 management accounts; and further assess the potential impact of the continued spread of the COVID-19 pandemic on operations and prospects. A further company announcement will be issued thereafter.
