(the "Company") hereby announces that Mr Carmelo Hili, holder of Maltese identity card number 395765(M) and residing at 2, Immaculate Conception Street, Lija, Malta, has been co-opted to the office of non-executive director, legal and judicial representative of the Company, effective 3 May, 2024.

Mr Hili is presently also director of the following other issuers of securities listed on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange: Premier Capital p.l.c (C-36522) and 1923 Investments p.l.c. (C-63261). For the purposes of Capital Markets Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr Hili requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.
