Harvest Technology Group Ltd (ASX: HTG) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Harvest Technology Group Ltd (‘HTG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of HTG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 July 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Harvest Technology Group Limited (ASX:HTG) ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities effective immediately (Friday July 7, 2023).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

1. The Company seeks the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

2. The Company requests a trading halt for the purpose of planning and executing the capital raising.

3. The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcement referred to above, or the commencement of normal trading on ASX on Tuesday July 11, 2023.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
