NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (CTH)

July 17, 2023: This notice is given by Harvest Technology Group Limited (ASX: HTG) ( Company ) in accordance with ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plans) Instrument 2019/547 ( Instrument ).

The Company hereby confirms that:

• (a) the Company will make offers to issue shares under a share purchase plan without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act );

• (b) the Company is providing this notice in accordance with the Instrument;

• (c) as at the date of this notice the Company, as a disclosing entity under the Corporations Act, has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
