EXTENSION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN & OPERATIONS UPDATE

August 7, 2023: Harvest Technology Group Limited (ASX:HTG) ( Company, Harvest, Group ) refers to the announcement regarding the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) on Monday July 17, 2023.

Extension of SPP

The Board has resolved to extend the SPP closing date to provide eligible shareholders with additional time to consider the SPP and complete their application to participate. The SPP is now scheduled to close at 5.00pm (AWST) on Monday August 21, 2023.

The issue price under the SPP of A$0.037 per New Share is equal to the price at which the Company undertook the Placement announced on Tuesday July 11, 2023.

Eligible shareholders can apply for a minimum of A$5,000 and up to a maximum of A$30,000 worth of New Shares (with A$2,500 increments) ( New Shares ). Shareholders that have already applied for New Shares under the SPP are not required to resubmit their application form unless they wish to apply for additional New Shares up to the maximum value.

The full terms and conditions of the SPP are outlined in the SPP offer document announced on Monday July 17, 2023. Application details are also available on www.computersharecas.com.au/htg where eligible shareholders can review the terms of the SPP and retrieve their personalised details to make payment.

Operations Update

The Company intends to release an Operations Update on Tuesday August 8, 2023.
