NOMINATIONS

Harvest Technology Group Limited (ASX:HTG) ( Company, Harvest ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Friday 28 November 2025.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 7.5 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday 10 October 2025.

Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Friday 10 October 2025.
