HARVEST TECHNOLOGY GROUP ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
September 19, 2024 : Harvest Technology Group Limited (ASX:HTG) (Company, Harvest) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday November 19, 2024.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 7.5 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday September 30, 2024.
Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Monday September 30, 2024.
