We wish to inform you that at the today's January 31st 2022 meeting, the Board of Directors of HARVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC LTD, examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2020.
The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Company's Secretary office, 66 Arch. Makariou Avenue, Kronos Court, 1077 Nicosia.
The Board of Directors also decided that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 4.00 pm at the Company's Secretary office, 66 Arch. Makariou Avenue, Kronos Court, 1077 Nicosia.
