ANNOUNCEMENT

We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of HARVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC LTD, held on Friday, September 21, approved the following:

a) The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2019.

b) Maintaining the position of the board of Directors Members.

c) The remuneration of the Board members. The Directors waived their right to remuneration for 2020.

d) The reappointment KPMG Limited as auditors for 2020 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
