The Company is engaged in ongoing discussions relating to its existing credit agreement, dated December 22, 2020, as amended, with Citizens Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company (the “Credit Agreement”), and remains on track to complete the refinancing or repayment of the Credit Agreement during the fourth quarter of 2025.
