PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE BPAY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
Pura Vida Energy NL ( Pura Vida or the Company ) (ASX:PVD) has been advised that the BPAY facility for the pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue ( Offer ) has been experiencing technical difficulties over the Easter long weekend. It is understood that these difficulties should be resolved by 3.00pm (AWST) today. Funds transfers via BPAY should be able to be made after this time in accordance with the instruction on the Entitlement and Acceptance Form.
In the meantime, shareholders wishing to make other payment arrangements to take up their entitlement under the Offer should contact the Company Secretary, Dennae Lont on (08) 9226 2011.
