PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE RESOLUTION OF BPAY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
Pura Vida Energy NL ( Pura Vida or the Company ) (ASX:PVD) refers to the announcement of 30 March 2016 and advise that the technical difficulties in relation to the BPAY facility for the pro-rata nonrenounceable rights issue ( Offer ) have now been resolved. Shareholders wishing to participate in the Offer are advised to transfer funds via BPAY in accordance with the instruction on the Entitlement and Acceptance Form.
Should you experience any difficulties in transferring funds via BPAY, please immediately contact the Company Secretary, Dennae Lont on (08) 9226 2011.
The Offer is scheduled to close on Friday, 1 April 2016 at 5.00 pm (AWST).
