COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION

Ansila Energy NL ( Ansila , ANA or the Company ) is pleased to advise that Mr Matthew Foy has been appointed Company Secretary.

Mr Matthew Foy (BCom, GradDipAppFin, GradDipACG, SAFin, FGIA, FCG) is a professional company secretary with over 14 years’ experience facilitating public company compliance with a core focus on the ASX Listing Rules, operational and governance disciplines.

The Company further advises that Mr Ben Secrett has resigned as Company Secretary. The Board would like to thank Mr Secrett for his service to the Company.
