Pura Vida Energy NL ( Pura Vida or Company ) (ASX: PVD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chen Chik (Nicholas) Ong as interim Joint Company Secretary due to existing Company Secretary, Mrs Dennae Lont, commencing parental leave.
Mr Ong has significant experience in ASX Listing Rule compliance and corporate governance and has previously served as Pura Vida’s Company Secretary.
