Pura Vida Energy NL ( PVD or the Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Matthew Worner has resigned as Joint Company Secretary. The Board would like to thank Mr Worner for his contribution in this role.
Dennae Lont who was previously Joint Company Secretary will continue as Company Secretary.
