APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARIES

Pura Vida Energy NL ( PVD or the Company ) wishes to advise the appointment of Matthew Worner and Dennae Lont as Joint Company Secretaries with effect from 2 July 2014. The appointment follows the resignation of Mr Nicholas Ong as Company Secretary.

Mr Worner is an experienced industry lawyer and Company Secretary and is the Company’s Commercial Manager. He has previously acted as the Company Secretary for ASX and AIM listed companies and has experience practising as a corporate lawyer and advisor.

Mrs Lont is the Company’s Deputy Company Secretary and has substantial governance experience in the oil and gas industry and with other Australian public companies. She is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

The Board would like to thank Mr Ong for his contributions to the Company and wish him all the best for the future.
