CLOSING DATE FOR NOMINATIONS

Hartshead Resources NL ( Hartshead , HHR or the Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 November 2021. Further details in respect of the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be dispatched to Shareholders. The Company will follow any measures that may be set in place by the Australian and West Australian governments with regards to restrictions of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements, at the time of the meeting.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 7.2(f) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director, is Wednesday, 6[th] October 2021.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Wednesday, 6[th] October 2021.
