Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 30, 2021, Harte Hanks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the uplisting of the Company’s common stock to the Nasdaq Global Market is expected to occur on December 1, 2021. Currently, the Company’s common stock is traded on the OTCQX under the symbol “HRTH.” Upon listing on the Nasdaq Global Market, the Company's common stock will trade under the symbol “HHS” A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
