Completion of share consolidation

At the 15 July 2016 Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Harris Technology Group Limited (the Company ), it was resolved that the Company’s shares be consolidated through the conversion of every twenty-five fully paid ordinary shares on issue as at the record date of Wednesday 27 July 2016 into one share, with fractions of a share being rounded to the nearest whole number, exact half shares being rounded up and post consolidation holdings of less than one being rounded up ( Consolidation ).

The Company advises that the Consolidation has been completed effective today, 28 July 2016. Following the Consolidation, the Company now has 131,129,774 fully paid ordinary shares on issue. A consolidation notice will be forwarded to shareholders on Friday 5 August 2016.
