We refer to our announcement to ASX on 7 April 2009, and advise that following the close of the Company’s Rights Issue on 6 May 2009 we have completed the allotment of shares as follows:

1. Allotment of 121,015,437 ordinary shares pursuant to the Rights Issue

2. Allotment of 306,876,098 ordinary shares pursuant to a placement in respect of applications for additional shares that were not fully satisfied by the allotment of shares under the Rights Issue.

3. We provide the following information:

   • 3.1 Date of allotment is 14 May 2009 and the number of securities for which quotation is sought by the Company is 427,891,535

   • 3.2 The issued capital of the Company following the allotment is 1,283,674,612

   • 3.3 The names of the 20 largest holders of this class of security and percentage held by each will follow shortly.
