Completion of Acquisition of Your Home Depot
Further to the announcements made by Shoply Limited ( Shoply or the Company ) on 15 April and 1 May 2014, Shoply is pleased to announce that it has now completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Your Home Depot Pty Ltd ( YHD Business ), one of Australia’s leading online homewares and home appliances retailers.
Effective from today, the YHD Business, which offers high-end kitchenware, home wares and electrical appliances nationwide via its online website www.yourhomedepot.com.au, will trade under Shoply’s Online Shopping Division.
