Acquisition of the balance of Black Cat Films

The Swish Group is delighted to announce that it has today entered into an agreement to acquire the balance of the business and assets of Black Cat Films Pty Ltd, one of Australia's leading television production businesses. Black Cat Films has operated profitably for the past twelve years. The acquisition which involves a further payment of 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Swish Group and 500,000 options exercisable 2.5 cents per share also includes a performance related component based on the performance of the Black Cat Group over the next 12 months.

The Founder and Managing Director of the Black Cat Group, Mr Marcus Georgiades has already joined Swish Group as its Head of Production. All Black Cat employees have been offered positions with Swish Group.

Black Cat Films, established in 1993 has produced over 400 television commercials for clients including TAC, Honda, Epsom, Pacific Dunlop, Fairfax General Motors, Holden, ANZ Bank, Grundig and Mazda.
