AdEffective Limited – Quarterly Cash Flow Statement (Appendix 4C) for quarter ended 30 June 2012

AdEffective Limited ( ABN or the Company ) presents its consolidated Quarterly Cash Flow Report for the period ended 30 June 2012.

Cash flows for the June 2012 quarter were in line with the previous quarter, and expenses reflect the costs associated with the Company’s renounceable rights issue. Proceeds from the Rights Issue were used predominantly to repay debt, with the balance being used for working capital purposes. The increase in staff costs from the previous quarter relates predominantly to payment of deferred directors fees and staff commissions.
