SHARE PLACEMENT

Swish Group is pleased to announce that following the shareholder approvals obtained at the General Meeting of the Company held on 29 August 2007, which amongst other matters, sought approval of the Shareholders for the Board to issue further ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, the Company has entered into an agreement with Melbourne Capital Limited, pursuant to which, Melbourne Capital Limited will use its best endeavours to place up to 100,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.01 per share. If all shares are placed, the placement will raise $1,000,000.
