RENEWS AGREEMENT WITH PRIMUS TELECOM

Swish Group is delighted to announce that its subsidiary Swish Torque Communications has entered into an agreement with Primus Telecom which extends its existing Primus Telecom marketing and sales service agreement for a further 3 years.

Swish Torque Communications markets and sells Primus fixed wire VODSL and ISDN services, receiving upfront commissions and trailer commissions based on the customer telecommunications spend over the life of their agreement.

Mr Gary Mackenzie, CEO of Swish Torque Communications, said “This will further increase the size of the Company’s rapidly expanding telecommunication sales and marketing business and builds the Company’s recurring annuity revenues.”
