The Board of The Swish Group Limited wishes to announce that the closing date for the Company Share Purchase Plan, under which existing eligible shareholders are able to purchase shares in the Company at \$0.04 (4 cents) per share, has been extended to 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday 18 July 2003 (the previous closing date was 4 July).
