Appointment of and resignation of Company Secretary

Harris Technology Group Limited (ASX: HT8 ) ( Harris Technology or the Company ) advises Ms Alyn Tai has resigned as Company Secretary of Harris Technology, and Mr Brett Crowley has been appointed as Company Secretary, with effect from 6 December 2018.

Mr Crowley is a practicing solicitor and a former Partner of Ernst & Young in Hong Kong and Australia, and of KPMG in Hong Kong. Mr Crowley is an experienced chairman, finance director and company secretary of ASX-listed companies, and is a former Senior Legal Member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

The Board welcomes Mr Crowley and takes this opportunity to thank Ms Tai for her contribution to the Company.
