Resignation of Director

Harris Technology Group Limited (ASX: HT8 ) ( Harris Technology or the Company ) advises that Mr Mark Goulopoulos has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 13 September 2017, due to an increasing number of work commitments.

Mr Andrew Plympton, Chairman, said, “Mark has served as Director since 1 November 2012, and has demonstrated considerable dedication to the Company and its shareholders during his tenure. The Board is particularly grateful for his expertise and efforts in seeing the Company through a number of challenging transitional phases over the last 5 years. Mark has been integral to the Company’s achievements to date, and on behalf of the Board I wish him all the best in his future endeavours, and look forward to his continued support of Harris Technology in his capacity as a shareholder.”
