ASX ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 3 APRIL 2009

DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

The Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Gary Mackenzie as an Executive Director of the Company. Mr Mackenzie is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Swish AmpHead and Swish Torque Communications.

Swish Amphead, through its agreement with USA Company, The Orchard, is one of Australia’s largest marketers and distributors of digital music in Australia, NZ, the Pacific, South East Asia and India. The Swish Amphead/ Orchard catalogue consists of approximately 1.4 million songs and over 3,500 hours of video content. The Orchard operates in 79 countries and controls a significant catalogue of music and other digital content, marketing thousands of labels and every conceivable music genre and era. Its music library constitutes approximately 20-25% of all the music content available through Apple iTunes and a similar proportion of content available on approximately 400 other online music retail and telecommunication sites throughout the world. It is also a leader in physical distribution, licensing and music publishing.

Mr Mackenzie also oversees Swish Torque Communications and the Company’s associated sales and marketing businesses that provide sales and marketing services to companies including Vodafone, Primus Telecom, Country Energy, Jackgreen Energy and Plan and the Company’s rapidly growing digital music and internet TV businesses.

Mr Mackenzie is a former Managing Director of one of Australia’s largest outsourced direct sales and marketing Company’s that assisted in securing subscribers for the launch of pay television in Australia through Cable & Wireless/Optus. He also launched Blah Records which was one of Australia’s largest independent record labels in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.

The Company also announces the resignation of Mr Peter Crafter as Company Secretary. Mr Cary Stynes will assume the Company Secretarial role on an interim basis. Mr Crafter will remain with the Company as a financial consultant.

The Board wishes to congratulate Mr Mackenzie on his promotion to the Board and thank Mr Crafter for his contribution to the growth of the Company
