ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - 29 NOVEMBER 2007

MANAGING DIRECTOR’S ADDRESS

Over the past four years, Swish Group has developed or acquired a number of digital media businesses that we believe have significant potential in the new digital media environment about which we are hearing more and more. It has also enabled us to bring together the talents of the excellent group of executives that are running the Company today.

Each of the Company’s businesses is experiencing significant growth and continuing to generate increasing revenues for the group. A number of the Company’s businesses are now close to, or achieving profitability and this is expected to continue in the year ahead

The Company’s key businesses have been developed to take advantage of a number of new digital media trends. This is particularly so of the Company’s digital signage and digital music businesses. They are businesses which cater for consumers who are wanting access to a wider range of better quality digital entertainment, information and advertising in a range of locations and on a variety of different media platforms.

The Swish Group operates one of the largest digital signage networks in Australia. Pharmacy TV has a network of approximately 1000 video screens in pharmacies throughout Australia providing entertainment and information for shoppers in pharmacies. The programmes also carry advertising from which the Company derives revenue.

Swish Group also runs the Good Health Television Network which screens in approximately 800 medical practices and hospital throughout Australia. Again Swish Group produces the programmes which carry a range of entertainment, information and advertising for those waiting to see their doctor.

These networks continue to grow and will be a further expanded and upgraded over the year ahead. We are currently experiencing significant quarter on quarter growth in advertising sales and this expected to continue in the year ahead. Recent research conducted into Australian shoppers shows that in-store signage is one of the most effective forms of advertising and we expect this to be increasingly recognised by advertisers leading to further demand for advertising on our networks.

Swish Group’s AmpHead digital music business is one of our fastest growing divisions. Again we are currently experiencing significant quarter on quarter growth in music download revenues and this should continue over the next few years. In addition earlier this month AmpHead celebrated its first top 50 hit in Australia. The retailing of music is changing dramatically in Australia and worldwide and

Swish AmpHead is in a very good position to benefit from the growing popularity of buying music on line.

As previously announced the Company’s US partner, The Orchard, one of the world’s largest online digital music companies, recently merged with another similar company, Digital Music Group and listed on NASDAQ. The importance of this for Swish Group is that it will significantly increase the library of content that we have available for sale and thereby our revenues, with no increase in our costs. Swish AmpHead, through its relationship with The Orchard, is already a significant player in the wholesaling of music to most of the world’s major online music retailers and this position is expected to be strengthened in the year ahead. To give an idea of the growth, in the first half of 2007, Australians downloaded 7.9 million tracks, a 66% increase from the previous year.

During the last few months the Company has also launched its physical music sales business and CD burn-on-demand business and now retails CDs through a range of leading Australian music retailers including JB HiFi.

Swish AmpHead not only wholesales the international catalogue of The Orchard, it also develops new Australian music talent and represents Australian independent record labels and artists. The Company currently represents more than 300 Australian labels and more than 2,000 Australian artists and this is continuing to grow.

Swish Black Cat has established relationships with some of the largest film studios in India. Last year, our Swish Black Cat film production business line produced the movie Chak de India starring India’s biggest male star, Shah Ruk Khan. Chak de India was the major film at this year’s Australian Indian Film Festival produced by the Company and has been extraordinarily successful globally.

Swish Black Cat has recently completed production of its first Indian project shot in the USA and is beginning pre production of its next Australian Bollywood Film which will commence shooting in Australia in January 2008

Swish MG Distribution, the Company’s film distribution business released approximately 20 Indian films in Australia during the year and is anticipating releasing up to a further 20 Indian / Bollywood films in Australia this year for screening at leading cinemas chains including Hoyts and Greater Union.

Finally, I would like to comment on our Swish Torque Communications business. Swish Torque is quickly building a presence in the area of fixed line and mobile telephone sales and marketing services. Swish Torque is a leading reseller of Vodafone and Primus Telecoms. We are extremely happy with this division of the Swish Group.

I look forward to the Company and its shareholders beginning to receive the benefits of the considerable work that has been done over the last few years. The digital world is fast moving and changes quickly and I believe we have the team to enable us to benefit from these changes.
