Status of tape-out for Lokotech Scrypt/AI ASIC

With reference to the stock exchange notice dated 11th August 2025 and information in the semi-annual report dated 29th of August.
The necessary design adjustments after the 3rd party IP library update have been successfully implemented. The engineering team have since moved on and are currently working through the last tests, verifications and adjustments for the top layer of the ASIC. This work has taken somewhat longer than first anticipated in the estimated timeline. Tape-out is therefore expected to be pushed 4 weeks or more into the future. We are also working to reduce the window between dry-run and tape-out. Next notice on this matter will be on the date for start of dry-run and thereafter when the ASIC is taped-out.
The increased engineering efforts related to this matter has no material impact on the costs associated with the development for Lokotech.
