Share Option Award to a PDMR

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering key projects and services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that a total of 28,108 options ("LTIP Options") were awarded on 13 December 2019 to John Burks, Managing Director, a PDMR. These options have been issued under the Company's 2019 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme G and will vest on 14 December 2022, subject only to continued employment at that date.

Total Voting Rights

The total number of ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights in issue is 32,265,356. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the above LTIP award, there are a total of 778,549 (being 2.41% of total voting rights) options outstanding, 16,990 (0.05% of total voting rights) of which have vested but have not yet been exercised.
