Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 16 December 2019, Stephen Craigen, Group Financial Controller, exercised options over 20,983 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2016 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme C.  These shares were immediately sold at 280p per ordinary share.

This exercise will be satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury which will be announced when the transfer has taken place.
