Director/PDMR Shareholding

Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 10 December 2019, Gayle Mulvaney, Group Treasurer, exercised options over 20,809 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2016 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme C.  These shares were immediately sold at 286p per ordinary share.

On 10 December 2019, John Burks, Managing Director, Production and Distribution Division, exercised options over 20,000 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2016 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme D.  These shares were immediately sold at 282p per ordinary share.

These exercises will be satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury which will be announced when the transfer has taken place.
