Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), the UK's leading supplier of solid fuels and bulk material logistics, announces that, Gordon Banham, CEO of the Company, has today exercised share options to acquire ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost.

Mr Banham exercised options granted on 30 June 2008 under the LTIP 2008 scheme over 49,180 Ordinary Shares; and options granted on 30 June 2009 under the LTIP 2009 scheme over 60,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above exercise of share options, the revised interests of the executive directors in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
