Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting;

Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting.

These documents, together with the 2023 Report and Financial Statements, are now available to view on the Company's website at www.hl.co.uk/investor-relations.

A copy of the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection, in due course, at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
