The 2019 Report and Financial Statements;

Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting;

Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting.

These documents are now available to view on the Company's website at www.hl.co.uk/investor-relations.

A copy of the Report and Financial Statements and Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection, in due course, at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM 

Printed copies of the 2019 Report and Financial Statements, Annual General Meeting Notice and Proxy Form are expected to be posted to shareholders on or around today's date.
