Grant of Share options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Hargreaves Lansdown plc announces that the following grants of share options under the Hargreaves Lansdown plc all employee, UK Save As You Earn plan were made to the below listed PDMRs on 2 April 2020 to acquire 0.4p shares in the capital of the Company.
