On 16 December 2022 Virgin Money UK PLC (Virgin Money) announced that Darren Pope, a Non-Executive Director of Virgin Money, had informed the board of that company of his intention to step down on 26 May 2023. 

Today, 04 May 2023, Virgin Money announced that he no longer intends to do so and instead will remain on the Virgin Money Board. This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
