In accordance with LR 9.6.14(R), the Company announces that it has been notified that Fiona Clutterbuck, Non-Executive Director of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, has been appointed to the Board of M&G plc as Senior Independent Director with effect from 9 October 2020. She will join the Audit, Risk, Remuneration and Nomination committees. 

As previously announced (RNS 4261V) Fiona has notified the Company that she will not be standing for re-election at the Company's upcoming AGM on 8 October 2020.
