The Company announces that Richard Hebdon a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the Sustained Performance Plan II 2024 of 14,978 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Richard Hebdon then immediately disposed of 6,587 Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercise to meet the taxation arising on the exercise. The exercise and disposal transactions took place on 3 April 2024. Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Richard Hebdon (including his connected persons) in the Company has increased.
