The Company announces that Christopher Frederick Hill a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the Sustained Performance Plan 2017 of 18,957 Ordinary Shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Christopher Frederick Hill then immediately disposed of 9,219 Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercise to meet the taxation arising on the exercise. The exercise and disposal transactions took place on 24 August 2022. Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Christopher Frederick Hill (including his connected persons) in the Company has increased.
