The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR shareholding' announcement released on 14/06/2021 at 07.00 under RNS No 7050B.

It was incorrectly stated in section 4 b (nature of the transition) that it was in relation to the grant of share options under the HL plc save as you earn plan (SAYE) 2020. It should have referred to the grant of share options under the HL plc save as you earn plan (SAYE) 2021 and has been updated to reflect that.

All other details remain unchanged.

Hargreaves Lansdown plc announces that the following grant of share options under the Hargreaves Lansdown plc all employee, UK Save As You Earn plan was made to the below listed PDMR on 30 March 2021 to acquire 0.4p shares in the capital of the Company.
