The Company announces that Rob Byett a director/person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the 2016 Deferred Bonus Scheme to acquire 3,861 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Byett then immediately disposed of all of the shares acquired under the exercise.  The exercise and disposal took place on 25 June 2020.
