The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR shareholding' announcement released on 11/03/202 at 15.47 under RNS No 8243F.

The preamble which stated that Stephen Robertson had purchased shares on 20 February 2020 related to a previous announcement (RNS No 6590D). It should have referred to Deanna Oppenheimer's purchase of ADRs on 10 March 2020 and has been updated to reflect that.

All other details remain unchanged.
