Hargreaves Lansdown plc has received notification today from Rob Byett, a PDMR, that on 3 February 2016, he bought a total of 1,499 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of £12.608 per share. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.0003% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Rob Byett (including his connected persons) is 2,751 ordinary shares representing 0.0006% of the ordinary shares in issue.
